I...No amazing recipe, but my favorite mix: Caotina. It's Swiss and hard to come by, made with milk, and absolutely the standard by which all other hot chocolate mixes should be measured. It's supremely dissolvable, extremely chocolaty without being overly sweet, and we order it by the case. Finally, someone in the states imports it and we order from them, but we used to (ahem) order it directly from Switzerland.
